Refund policy
All our products are handcrafted with intricate detailing by our craftsmen, resulting in each piece being unique and distinct. As each natural stone and pearl is different from each other, the stones may vary slightly from one another.
We have displayed our product colours as accurately as possible to the best of our efforts. However, due to computers and phones having varying monitor screens, we can’t guarantee the exact colours.
All our products undergo a rigorous quality check before being dispatched. We have a No Exchange and No Refund policy, which means we do not do any exchanges / refunds. You can contact us for any returns related queries at info@miragejewels.in
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case the product is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, a video of you unboxing needs to be taken while opening your parcel. Once this has been approved, you can ship the product back to us and we will send you a new piece.
Steps To Making A Return
- Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order. Email us at info@miragejewels.in to initiate a return.
- Before you arrange for a damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a video of the unboxing and a photograph of the product within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Then it is up to the discretion of the MIRAGE QC team to decide whether product is approved for return
- Once approved, products can be returned in the same packaging within 10 days from the time of receipt of goods.
- MIRAGE will replace the items or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please mindfully place an order with us as each MIRAGE piece is carefully handcrafted and we initiate the production as soon as we receive an order.
