Shipping policy
MIRAGE offers free shipping across India on all orders above INR 2,500 upto INR 15,000, Shipping we will INR 200 for orders below 2500. For COD orders, there is an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout. COD will be charged a flat rate of INR 250.
Delivery Method
Orders usually ship within 7 days and are delivered within 21 days of placement. In the event that the order includes a customised product, please allow up to 30 days for your order to ship.
MIRAGE cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes and delays caused by the courier company in delivery time.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID or contact number, which can, thereafter, be tracked on the shipping partners website
PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge. Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on a chargeable basis. We are able to ship internationally via Aramex, FedEx or DHL. The amount charged depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout.
Currently, there is no free shipping available on international orders.

Taxes & Duties
We offer free delivery with regular shipping on all pre-paid domestic orders above INR 2,000. All our orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges, please contact your local customs office. For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
